Leadership
Wayne Colonna, President of ATSG. Wayne started his career in the transmission industry after attending the Lincoln Technical Institute in 1975. He has been a rebuilder for franchise shops in the New Jersey and New York area, and brings to ATSG over 26 years of experience. He is also the Technical Editor of Transmission Digest.
Dale England. CEO of ATSG. Former Technical Director of a major production transmission rebuilding facility and a 20 year shop owner. Currently technical consultant for several major production facilities, covering all phases of the re-manufacturing and testing of automatic transmissions. Dale brings to ATSG his expertise in the rebuilding and updating of the THM 4T40-E, 4T60-E, 4L60-E, and 4L80-E.
Kim Devlin. Our Chief Financial Officer, Kim started in the Book Room in 1989. She has had tours in almost every position ATSG has to offer, and now she runs this place. The buck stops (and starts) at her desk.
The Office
Cindy Clark. Our Seminar and Training Coordinator Cindy has been with us since 1989. She has held many position here at ATSG and currently deals with all of the details for our Seminars.

Susan Dietrick. Our Membership Coordinator Susan has been with us since 1993. She performs a multitude of functions not the least of which is keeping track of everyones membership status and dealing with the technical classes.
Amy Holt. Our Software Sales Coordinator Amy has been with us since 1996. In addition to her other general office duties she keeps track of those messy serial numbers our software comes with.
Glenda Giberson. Our Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, Glenda has been with us since 1997. She mans the front desk here at the Miami office.

Monica Negron. Our Sales Manager Monica has been with us since 1996. She oversees our Order Fulfilment Dept. All orders go through her as does anything else coming or going through the Miami office.
Miami Techs
Pete "the transmission god" Luban, Technical Supervisor and Chief Librarian. Pete has been with ATSG since 1994. He has been in the automotive repair industry for 32 years during which he has held positions as an ASE certified technician, and Director of Tech Operations for two regional chains. As a member and leader of the ATSG "Tech Team," he will pass along his years of experience plus the latest information available.
Gerald Campbell (The Canuck), Senior Technical Consultant. Gerald has been in the general automotive repair, and the transmission repair industry since 1972. Back home in Canada he is a certified MVM (Class A) with Inter-Provincial status, GM Grand Master Technician, has been an independent shop owner/operator, and a GM shop foreman. Gerald is extremely knowledgeable in all makes and models, domestic and import. He also brings an "all around" automobile technician knowledge to the ATSG tech team. He believes that the only "stupid" question is the one you don't ask.
Roland "Rolly" Alvarez Technical Consultant. Rolly has been ATSG since 2001. He started to work on automatic transmissions in 1978 in Miami right after high school. He started as an R and R man a year later was a Rebuilder. ASE master tech, Rolls Royce Master Tech, BMW certified tech, Lamborghini Master certified and shop foreman at a local Lamborghini dealer. Worked for AAMCO Transmissions as a rebuilder and later certified as Center Manager until he joined the ATSG Tech Team. Rolly helps us with an all around knowledge, a good knowledge of exotic vehicles, and fluent Spanish language for our Spanish speaking members.

Jon "the tron guy" Glatstein. Our resident electronics expert and computer wizard (but he prefers the term "Weanie"). On staff at ATSG since 1999 after 5 years as an outside consultant with us. Jon comes to us with a strong electronics background having worked in missile system electronics and hydraulics for his ten year hitch in the U. S. Navy. In addition to his computer and electronics duties Jon handles the KM series, the CD4E, and with his nautical background the Velvet Dive. If it is electronic and we can't figure it out, Jon Can! Jon also takes care of the Miami office computer systems and the ATSG web site.
Mike Souza Technical Consultant. The newest addition to the tech team at ATSG for 2003. Mike has been in the transmission industry for 21 years. Starting out with Aamco as a trainee and six months later, rebuilding transmissions. Although spending most of his career with Aamco Transmissions he has also served as a technical advisor for such companies as SPX Filtran. A member of TRNi, SLTG and iATN. Mike is also a contributing member of the Sonnax Tasc Force.
Missouri Office
Jim Dial, Senior Technical Consultant, Jim has been with ATSG since 1994. He has been in the transmission repair industry for over 16 years during which he has held positions as a shop owner and operator. Jim brings to ATSG his expertise in the rebuilding and the updating of all current automatic transmissions. Jim has also become one of the best root-cause analysis technicians available in our industry today.
Jerry Gott, Technical Conmsultant, Jerry has been with ATSG since 1994. He has a family legacy of Transmission Reuilding. He grew up building trannies at his fathers shop, and has been doing it for his livelihood since 1977. Before coming to ATSG he ran the QA at his brothers high volume shop. One of our "all around" techs, but currently deals mainly with GM and Chrysler.

David Chalker, Technical Consultant. Dave has been with ATSG since 1994, and has been rebuilding transmissions since 1979. He handles tech calls on pretty much all types of transmissions.
Greg Lipnick, Technical Consultant. Greg has been with ATSG Since 1994. He brings 25 years of assorted transmission building experience to the ATSG Tech Team. Greg is the teams number one Ford tech.
Ed Kruse, Technical Consultant and Missouri Office Computer Wizard. Ed has been with ATSG since 1986. The author of our legendary CD-ROM software, Ed also takes care of the office computer network in the Missouri office. He also handles calls on the A4LD/4R44E/5R55E family of transmissions.
